How to Make Hummus Recipe

Chickpeas - 1 cup, boiled
White Sesame - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 2 to 3 buds
Curd - 3 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - as per taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Olive oil - 6 to 7 tsp
To make hummus, first put sesame in a pan and roast it on medium-low flame.
When the aroma starts coming in the sesame, then turn off the gas and keep the sesame cooling down.
After cooling, put the sesame seeds in a mixer jar and grind them well.
Now take the jar of a mixer, add boiled gram, ground sesame, garlic, curd, roasted cumin powder and salt.
Then add lemon juice and 5 spoons of olive oil to it and grind it well.
Take Hummus Recipe is ready. Now take out the prepared hummus in a plate and serve it by pouring olive oil and sprinkling red chili powder.
