To make Key Lime Pie, first, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then take a big bowl, add graham cracker crust, sugar and ghee and mix it well.
Now take a 2-inch deep plate, put this mixture in it and spread it all around. Now take a bowl which is plane from the bottom and with the help of it press it well and set it evenly.
Now put it in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes. After the specified time take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.
Now take a bowl, put a yoke in it, and with the help of a hand blender, beat it until it becomes slightly thick.
Now add condensed milk and lime zest to it and beat it again like this.
When the mixture becomes smooth, then add lemon juice little by little and mix it well.
Now put this mixture on the graham cracker crust. After pouring, shake the plate lightly so that the mixture gets set well.
Now, bake it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take it out from the oven and after cooling keep it in the fridge to cool for 12 hours or overnight.
Take out the Key Lime Pie after 12 hours or after keeping it in the fridge overnight. Now you will see that our pie is well set.
Now prepare the top layer of Key Lime Pie, then take a big bowl for it. Add cold whipped cream, sugar powder and vanilla essence to it and blend it well with the help of a hand blender.
When the cream is well whipped, fill it in a piping bag and pour it slowly over the pie. Now sprinkle lime zest over it. Tasty Key Lime Pie is ready by making it.
